The results of clinical trials are presented on the effectiveness of collagen matrices, including Mucograft. The analysis of the literature highlights the main advantages and disadvantages of these methods and materials, as well as the most significant and promising areas for the further clinical research.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзоре освещены основные хирургические техники увеличения объема кератинизированной десны и проанализированы используемые для этого материалы, такие как дермальная и коллагеновые матрицы. Приводятся результаты клинических исследований эффективности применения коллагеновой матрицы, в том числе Mucograft.
