The methods of coronary artery bypass grafting, balloon angioplasty, stenting using holometallic stents and drug-coated stents are discussed, the main studies comparing the above methods with each other and with the optimal drug therapy are presented. The concepts of complete and incomplete revascularization of the coronary bed are also explained.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзоре представлены основные методы хирургической реваскуляризации миокарда у больных с многососудистым поражением коронарного русла. Рассматриваются методы аортокоронарного шунтирования, баллонной ангиопластики, стентирования с использованием голометаллических каркасов и конструкций с лекарственным покрытием; приведены результаты основных исследований, сравнивающих вышеназванные методики между собой, а также с оптимальной медикаментозной терапией; раскрыты понятия полной и неполной реваскуляризации коронарного русла.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>coronary heart disease</kwd><kwd>coronary artery bypass grafting</kwd><kwd>drug-eluting coronary stent</kwd><kwd>bare-metal stent</kwd><kwd>optimal drug therapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ишемическая болезнь сердца</kwd><kwd>аортокоронарное шунтирование</kwd><kwd>коронарный стент с лекарственным покрытием</kwd><kwd>голометаллический стент</kwd><kwd>оптимальная медикаментозная терапия</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Литвинова М.А.
