The authors present a patient with two genetically determined cardiological diseases — familial hyperlipidemia and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Введение в практику секвенирования нового поколения не только сделало возможным точную диагностику целого ряда кардиологических заболеваний, но и позволило изучать накопление патологических вариантов генов в семьях и, таким образом, заблаговременно выявлять лиц с риском развития заболевания.
