The information on the etiology and pathogenesis of such a malformation in the domestic literature is limited to a few publications. The diagnosis is based on the identification of visual (pulsation of the earlobe) and acoustic phenomena in the patient, as well as the presence of a shunt between the posterior auricular artery (a branch of the external carotid artery) and the dural venous sinuses revealed by neuroimaging, in particular MR angiography. The best treatment method is a neurosurgical intervention using endovascular surgery.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье описаны клинические проявления дуральной артериовенозной фистулы, которая представляет собой аномальное сообщение между артериями твердой мозговой оболочки и венозными синусами или кортикальными венами. Информация об этиологии и патогенезе подобной мальформации в отечественной литературе ограничена немногочисленными публикациями. Диагностика основана на выявлении у больного визуальных (пульсация мочки уха) и акустических феноменов, а также шунта между задней заушной артерией (ветвью наружной сонной артерии) и венозными синусами мозга при нейровизуализации, в частности при магнитно-резонансной ангиографии.
