Details of surgical interventions, techniques, indications and contraindications. Special attention is paid to pre-operative preparation for surgery, wound closure after surgical access, patient management in the postoperative period.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлен обзор отечественных и зарубежных литературных источников, посвященный современным методам консервативного и хирургического лечения при остром воспалении эпителиального копчикового хода. Подробно описаны основные методики оперативного вмешательства, показания и противопоказания, техника их выполнения.
