The recommendations concerning the organization of a specialized anticoagulant service are discussed. The rules of patient education, the choice of anticoagulant dosage control are described. Authors provide data of the cost-effectiveness of anticoagulants.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзоре собраны сведения, касающиеся разных аспектов организации лечения антикоагулянтами. Рассмотрены рекомендации, касающиеся организации специализированной антикоагулянтной службы. Разбираются правила контроля качества лечения. Описаны правила обучения больного, выбора способа контроля дозировки антикоагулянта.
