The article describes the rare clinical case of Waldenstr`m's macroglobulinemia in combination with primary amyloidosis which main clinical symptom is polyserositis. The diagnostic difficulties of this case are described.

Приведен редкий клинический случай полисерозита, развившегося на фоне макроглобулинемии Вальденстрема в сочетании с системным амилоидозом. Отражены сложности диагностики данного заболевания.
