Guidelines for determining the choice of treatment strategy and the time slots for its implementation are discussed. We describe the technical features of the implementation of interventional treatment in this group of patients; the choice of methods of myocardial revascularization is discussed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье рассматриваются современные подходы к диагностике и определению индивидуального профиля риска у больных острым коронарным синдромом без подъема сегмента ST. Представлены основные принципы определения выбора той или иной стратегии лечения и временные интервалы для ее проведения.
