Oncology per se, aggressive anticancer treatment, both chemotherapy and radiation and basic cardiac conditions are main causative factors for tachyarrhythmia. In this review we summarize evidence of arrhythmia and emphasize the importance of cardiac monitoring for the early diagnosis, intervention and surveillance of those patients more susceptible to develop proarrhythmia. Oncologists should be fully aware of arrhythmia and the close collaboration between cardiologists and oncologists would result in a better cardiovascular assessment, risk stratification, cardiac monitoring and treatment.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Аритмии часто выявляют у онкологических больных, получающих лечение. Они разнообразны: от единичных перебоев и легкого сердцебиения до жизнеугрожающих нарушений ритма или даже внезапной сердечной смерти (ВСС). Нарушения ритма сердца могут приводить к сердечной недостаточности, травмам при потере сознания, или кардиоэмболическому инсульту при фибрилляции предсердий, внося существенные коррективы в схему лечения больного. Аритмия у больного с раком не имеет каких-либо отличительных особенностей, но может быть непосредственно связана со злокачественным новообразованием, индуцирована химиотерапевтическим препаратом или же возникать на фоне имеющегося заболевания сердечно-сосудистой системы. В предлагаемом обзоре рассматриваются нарушения ритма по типу тахиаритмий, чаще всего встречающиеся у онкологических пациентов, а также их особенности, характерные непосредственно для онкологических заболеваний, и подчеркивается важность мониторирования ЭКГ для ранней диагностики, лечения и наблюдения за данной когортой пациентов, которые более восприимчивы к развитию проаритмии.
